Learning how to stop anxiety panic attacks is a huge problem for many people around the world and if you are one of them I feel for you. I suffered with it myself for many years and at times it felt like I could never break free from it. I am here to tell you that you can break free and learn how to stop anxiety panic attacks if you are willing to put in the work and listen openly. Here are some of my tips.

Slow Your Breathing – When you start having an anxiety panic attack your body starts feeling like it is beyond your control and you feel helpless. It helps you to regain a feeling of control by regulating your breathing. Just breathe nice and slowly from the bottom of your stomach and this will calm you down as well as bringing your body levels back to normal.
Awareness This may sound a bit kooky and spiritual but it has real hard benefits also. When you feel a panic attack coming on, simply become aware of it. What thoughts go through your mind?  How does it make your body feel? The key here is not to judge what is happening to you but simply to observe it without thoughts. When you do this you get a kind of separation from what is happening and it can no longer try and take yo over or control you. You might get panic attacks in the future but they lose their power as you have claimed the power that is rightfully yours.

Being serious now. Anxiety attacks affect a lot of people and they have no idea how much these attacks are holding them back in life. You are a smart enough person to come looking for the answers so you know they are out there somewhere. I bet you have set and achieved goals in your personal life that you are proud of accomplishing. This is the same principle.
