Cranberry juice is very acidic. This is not what yeast likes, because they thrive in an alkaline environment. Cranberry juice helps you two ways. Secondly, it dislodges the yeast that are clinging to the inside walls of your body’s internal organs and flushes them out.
To get the most out of cranberry juice, try to drink the unsweetened kind that isn’t from concentrate. Drink at least a couple glasses a day.
